Returns

Standard kits may be returned voluntarily within 14 days of receipt when unused, complete and resalable; the customer pays return shipping. No voluntary return applies after painting has begun, paints were opened, or the kit is damaged or incomplete. Custom-photo kits cannot be returned merely for change of mind or dislike. Genuine errors, missing parts, damage and defects are resolved appropriately; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
